Yeah, a cheesy title, I know but I have realised it is so so true.
This week has been a tough week for me. As a sufferer of anxiety, moving away from home has proved harder then I thought and week has been full of panic attacks & a lot of crying. I am writing this because my weight loss journey does not help my anxiety. It throws in a lot of self doubt and can cause a panic attack if I think about it too much.
I am trying to stay on the healthy track as I believe a healthy diet and exercise can help alot in dealing with anxiety.
I will write another blog post in a few weeks on my process.
